1st Step To Success

Get The Right People On Your Team

When it is time to hire new employees and/or get service from independent contractor, it is extremely important that you investigate each and everyone of them to have a better understand of the time of person and services that they have provided in the past and their work patterns and attitude.
You must make it very clear to all employees and/or independent contactors that customers come first and that they must make it their priority to treat the customers to the highest standard and make sure that the customers always feel welcome when they come to your store, visit your website or talk to your employees.
If you have a phone system, which we very much encourage you to have, try to record the customers and employees conversations to better coach your staff to your standard. if you choose to record the call, it is the law to let the customer know that the call is or can be monitored and recorded. DO NOT EVER RECORD A CUSTOMER'S CONVERSATION WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

2nd Step To Success

Be Available and Professional
Display your hours of operation at the front door of your business and indicate if you can be available by appointment on weekends.
An ANSWERING SERVICE is usually important because you never want a customer to come to your business and it close and there is no one to assist them.

Remember, customer has many choices because you are not the only one doing what you do. When a store is close the customer usually look at the front door and call the number displayed if it indicates that they can get assistance.
Make sure your return all customers calls and apologize for any late on the return of the call.

MAKE SURE YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN TRACE YOU AT ALL TIME
